BalanceFun was born from watching my two sons spend hours racing and exploring on their balance bikes. Even after learning to pedal, they kept having fun over ramps and obstacles, full of joy and confidence — inspiring me to share that experience with more children.
As a cycle instructor with over 7 years’ experience, I’ve noticed that fewer children are learning to cycle from a young age. This sparked my passion for BalanceFun — helping kids get moving, have fun, and develop essential coordination and balance skills early on. Our sessions are playful, engaging, and designed to build motor skills, strength, and confidence so children can enjoy movement, stay active, and learn to ride a bike.
We are committed to empowering all children, including those with SEND or those who find balance and coordination challenging. Every session is adapted to each child’s needs, offering a safe, positive environment where everyone can succeed. From obstacle courses and team games to tailored fitness activities, our goal is to help children glide, move, thrive, and cycle — building both physical skills and self-esteem along the way.
BalanceFun is more than just bikes. It’s about creating opportunities for all children to experience the joy of movement, build confidence, and have fun while staying active. Our instructors are fully trained in first aid, insured, DBS-checked, and have extensive experience working in schools.
